The Engagement weekend......

Hope all you Mommies had a great Mothers Day. I spent mine traveling the state for a cram session of Engagement sessions! I met with two great couples and both being on the beach, I tried to give them a little bit of a different edge. Melissa & Fernando are getting married this September at St. Clements Castle, which I LOVE! They were an absolute blast to hang out with! We met at the West Haven Beach to do a little session. They are so cute together and were so much fun, and Melissa is absolutely beautiful. here are a few of my favorite images.

After that, I met with Dawn & Jason in Old Saybrook on a little private beach by her home. Their wedding is in July of this year, at one of my favorite places Saybrook Point Inn. This was a little harder for me b/c I realized I have never had a groom with glasses (weird huh!) And also Jason's were transitions... and he wears them all the time. He did take them off for a few shots but I didn't want to change too much who he usually is. They were also super cool and I had a blast photographing them. Dawn is beautiful as well and it was such a perfect day for all this beautiful curly "beach" hair (including myself) Here are some of my favorite shots of them!
